From his being flowed great doing \u2013 achievements that have changed the world and the lives of many. His words reflect his passion, purpose and leadership greatness.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cDifficulties break some men but make others.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Man\u2019s goodness is a flame that can be hidden but never extinguished.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>\u201cReal leaders must be ready to sacrifice all for the freedom of their people.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>\u201cWhen people are determined they can overcome anything.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>\u201cA leader. . .is like a shepherd. He stays behind the flock, letting the most nimble go out ahead, whereupon the others follow, not realizing that all along they are being directed from behind.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>\u201cIt always seems impossible until it\u2019s done.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>\u201cI learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>\u201cThere is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In his recent blog, Seth Godin\u2019s offers homage to Nelson Mandela, and\u00a0 beautifully captures one of the beautiful and precious lessons he gave us.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For those that seek to make a change in the world, whether global or local, one lesson of his life is this:<\/div>\n<div>You can.<\/div>\n<div>You can make a difference.<\/div>\n<div>You can stand up to insurmountable forces.<\/div>\n<div>You can put up with far more than you think you can.<\/div>\n<div>Your lever is far longer than you imagine it is, if you choose to use it.<\/div>\n<div>If you don&#8217;t require the journey to be easy or comfortable or safe, you can change the world.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You can. Remember always that you can. You have only to choose.\u00a0 Mahatma Ghandi\u2019s wrote: \u201cBe the change that you wish to see in the world.\u201d\u00a0<i>Be<\/i>\u00a0that and more\u2026 so much more. Be more than you ever dreamed you could be\u2026. You can. Look in the mirror now.\u00a0 Look at the wonderful you.
